Beginning September 1, the Poplar Estates Homeowners Association (PEHA) will kick off its Annual Membership Renewal Drive, and we invite every household to be part of what makes our community such a special place to live.
PEHA is a voluntary homeowners association dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Poplar Estates. Membership dues directly support neighborhood events, beautification efforts, communications, advocacy, and the many activities that bring our community together throughout the year.
When you renew your membership, you're helping make possible events like our Fourth of July Bike Parade, Back-to-School Ice Cream Social, holiday celebrations, neighborhood communications, entrance landscaping, community improvements, and other initiatives that strengthen our neighborhood.
Just as importantly, your membership sends a powerful message that you believe in investing in the place we all call home.
Over the coming weeks, you'll receive information about renewing your membership for the upcoming year. Renewing is quick and easy, and every membership helps us continue building a stronger, more connected Poplar Estates.
